We headed to Kingston this weekend for some Gazendam family time, including a Father's day celebration. So nice to travel when it is not a holiday! We were able to take the boys to visit Naomi at school on Friday, such a proud auntie. Saturday found us heading to Fairfield park to enjoy the breeze from the lake. Jude loved throwing sticks and stones into the water, Dad was the only one brave enough to take a dip. River was feeling a little cranky, but Naomi always found a way to cheer him up. Aaron came to visit as well, and Jude enjoyed being tossed high in the air while taking a dip in the backyard pool. Poor Isaac was studying away for his exams, but he managed to get a little time with the boys in order to be named "ice" by Jude (as that is how his name sounds the way he says it). All in all, a wonderful trip!
I had so much fun and I can't wait to see everyone again! Maybe next time Jude can pronounce my whole name! I was very proud when everyone saw the 2 cuties, the circle adn each of them looked like me! It was so much fun watching Jude's feet splash as a smile was put in his face in the pool! Love, Naomi
