Peanut Butter and Warm Weather

Jude is a very picky eater, there are few things he will allow in his mouth and most of it he wants fed to him (he doesn't like getting his fingers messy and goopy). But, he looooves his peanut butter and dives right in.

Now that the weather is getting a little warmer I have finally gotten outside for walks with the boys. It probably takes just as long to get everyone suited up and in the stroller as it does to go for our walk, but it's totally worth it to get outside! Can't wait for Spring!

So...I don't have much time where my hands are free, but I had to share these cute pictures of River. Love the cheek draped over the shoulder in the pic above. And the shirt below sure suits River - I am constantly changing his diaper! Also, check out the super guilty look on his face..."I didn't do it, I swear, check someone else's diaper"

Jude has such love for River. He gives him gentle pats, hugs, brings him toys and his soother, gets sooo excited when he hears him stir in his playpen, and best of all his face lights up whenever he sees him. Love it!

Question: how does one keep a one year old busy while nursing a newborn all day long?

Answer: well...letting him make messes like the one pictured below, and getting into things he really shouldn't (like his little brother's bouncy seat, at least River wasn't in it when he tired to get in it)
